Nicole’s practice focuses on corporate taxation with an emphasis on capital markets transactions, private equity transactions, taxation of financial institutions, domestic and international tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises in the areas of charitable and not-for-profit organizations and estates and trusts.

Prior to embarking on her legal career, Nicole was as a research fellow with a United Kingdom-based think tank. She also worked as a policy researcher in the Office of Arianna Huffington. During law school, Nicole had internships with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the FDIC.
