Nicole's practice focuses on all areas of tax law. She has experience with a variety of international and domestic taxation matters including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, transfer pricing, taxation of financial institutions, and trusts and estates.

Professional Involvement
Prior to embarking on her legal career, Nicole was as a research fellow with a United Kingdom-based think tank. She also worked as a policy researcher in the Office of Arianna Huffington. During law school, Nicole had internships with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the FDIC.
