Morgan’s practice focuses on pension governance matters, including in the context of corporate and commercial transactions. 

She has particular expertise advising Canada’s largest pension funds on structuring their investments and other activities around the world to comply with the restrictions in their governing legislation and applicable pension legislation. Morgan has acted as pension investment counsel on international and domestic acquisitions in the areas of private equity, infrastructure and real estate for many of the most respected pension funds in Canada. 

Morgan has also advised clients on a broad range of corporate, securities and governance matters.
