Erieau Wind Farm
Torys acted as counsel to ENGIE Canada (formerly International Power Canada Inc., then GDF SUEZ Canada Inc.) in its acquisition, development, financing and construction of its 99 MW Erieau Wind Farm located in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.
The facility, which became operational in May 2013, consists of 55 interconnected Vestas V90 1.8 MW – IEC Class II turbines.
