Brookfield Corporation completes US$600 million notes offering
On September 23, 2026, Brookfield Corporation (“Brookfield”) completed a public offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due September 23, 2031, which bear interest at a rate of 5.650% per annum.
The notes were issued by Brookfield Finance Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Brookfield and are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Brookfield.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used by Brookfield for general corporate purposes.
