Nova Scotia Highway 104 Twinning Project
Torys acted as counsel to Atlantic Safelink Partners (Fengate Capital/Parsons Enterprises/Vinci Concessions) as a shortlisted proponent for the C$718 million Highway 104 Twinning Project to design, build, finance, operate and maintain 28 km of a new two-lane twinned highway and 10 km of a new four-lane twinned highway, with two new interchanges and 24 new bridges, along Highway 104 between Sutherlands River and Antigonish in Nova Scotia.
Highway 104 is a major transportation link in Nova Scotia, connecting the province to New Brunswick and the mainland to Cape Breton Island.
Torys acted as counsel with a team that included Tara Mackay, Dan Ford and Jessica Earle.
