Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus Expansion
Torys acted as counsel to Walsh Construction Canada as a shortlisted proponent for the Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus (Phase II) PPP project to design, build and finance the expansion of Sheridan College's campus in Mississauga, Ontario.
The expansion project involved the design and construction of a new approximately 220,000 square foot facility on the existing Hazel McCallion Campus.
The new building facility features
- state-of-the-art classrooms
- computer laboratories
- a creative campus complex
- faculty offices
- a gallery space
