Women's College Hospital
The project won the 2010 Silver Award for Project Financing from the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships.

The new hospital, built on the original Grenville Street site in downtown Toronto, includes 440,000 square feet of clinical space and 231,000 square feet of underground parking.
Called the "Hospital of the Future," it is the first facility to provide the most advanced care to women living with diseases and conditions affecting them throughout their lives including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, mental illness and cancers.
On July 30, 2010, Women's College Partnership (Bilfinger Berger Project Investments) reached financial close on the C$460 million PPP transaction.
Further information on the project can be found on Infrastructure Ontario's website.
