South West Detention Centre
Torys acted as counsel to Bilfinger Berger Project Investments as a shortlisted proponent for the South West Detention Centre PPP project to design, build, finance and maintain in new maximum security detention centre in Windsor, Ontario.
This new maximum security facility has capacity for 315 male and female offenders and includes general population, infirmary and special purpose beds.
