Forensic Services and Coroner's Complex
Torys acted as counsel to the lenders to Integrated Team Solutions (EllisDon/Honeywell/Parkin), a shortlisted proponent for the Forensic Services and Coroner's Complex PPP project to design, build, finance and maintain a new facility at Downsview in Toronto, Ontario.
The new 550,000 square foot complex brings together the Office of the Chief Coroner, the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service and the Centre of Forensic Sciences in the same facility, allowing staff of all three agencies to collaborate and share resources during investigations.
The Torys team included Michael Feldman and Sabrina Gherbaz.
