Sarah Walker’s practice focuses on civil litigation in a variety of areas, including corporate/commercial, class actions, broker/dealer and regulatory. Sarah has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Sarah is fluent in English and French.
Sarah is currently in the process of qualifying for the Québec Bar.

During law school, Sarah was an executive editor of the McGill Law Journal and an editor of the McGill International Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy. Sarah spent a summer as an intern in Mumbai for the India Centre for Human Rights and Law, working on a project about the right to food. Sarah also participated in the 17th annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
Prior to joining Torys, Sarah clerked for Justice Asher Grunis of the Supreme Court of Israel.
Sarah currently volunteers at the Law Help Ontario centre at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
