James C. Tory, a member of the firm's Executive Committee, practises litigation and dispute resolution, specializing in corporate/commercial matters and with a particular focus on shareholder and boardroom disputes. He has substantial experience in all levels of court, in the Ontario Securities Commission, and in commercial arbitrations and mediations.

James is also a former instructor and team leader at the Osgoode Hall Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop.
