David Seville is a partner in the firm’s Toronto office and is co-head of the Capital Markets Practice. David has extensive experience advising issuers and underwriters on domestic and cross-border equity and debt public offerings and private placements. He also advises on continuous disclosure, corporate governance and financial institution regulatory matters. David also advises clients, including private equity and pension funds, on acquisitions, dispositions, shareholder arrangements and reorganizations.
