Fiona’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. Drawing on her diverse legal experience, she advises clients on complex civil and commercial disputes. Fiona represents clients in English and French before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Québec Superior Court, as well as in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center.

Fiona's experience also includes preparing complex pleadings and motions, conducting examinations for discovery, and working with expert witnesses in the development of expert evidence.
