Overview

Cameron Koziskie's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on private asset management, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. In his private asset management practice, Cameron regularly assists clients to establish their asset management programs and platforms. Cameron has extensive experience in private equity and private M&A transactions, including investments and exits by private equity funds, pension funds and strategic parties in a wide range of industries. In addition, Cameron has been involved with numerous private equity fund formation transactions, acting regularly for pension plans and other institutional investors in their investments into private equity funds.

Cameron is also experienced with shareholder agreements in complex transactions, including, for example, those between Rogers Communications and BCE in connection with their purchase of a majority stake of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
