Overview

Krista Hill is the Co-Head of the Infrastructure and Energy Practice. With significant expertise in infrastructure and energy M&A and project development, both in Canada and internationally, she is widely recognized as a leading lawyer in these areas. Krista was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she taught on energy and natural resources law. She also speaks frequently at M&A, infrastructure and energy conferences.

Professional Involvement

Krista was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she taught on energy and natural resources law. Krista is a past executive member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Natural Resources and Energy section and is a director of the Canadian Nuclear Law Organization (CNLO). Krista is also a member of the advisory committee organizing a series of Future Nuclear Seminars.
