CBA Competition Law Fall Conference

Senior associate Rebecca Wagner will speak at the CBA Competition Law Fall Conference taking place October 15-16 in Ottawa. The conference will bring together competition law practitioners, enforcement officials and economists to explore significant developments in Canadian competition law, including emerging enforcement, legislative and foreign investment issues.

Rebecca will speak on the panel “Responding to Sirs and Section 11 Orders – E-Discovery, Scope and New Technologies” on October 16 at 9:00 a.m. The panel will explore developments and challenges in responding to supplementary information requests and section 11 orders, including e-discovery, the scope of regulatory production orders, emerging technologies and approaches to balancing effective competition enforcement with the burden on businesses.
