Spring Coulee Solar Farm
Torys acted as counsel to Cardston Spring Coulee Solar, a subsidiary of Evolugen by Brookfield Renewable, in connection with the project financing of the 42 MW Spring Coulee Solar Project located in southwest Alberta, provided by ATB Financial as lender and supported by a virtual power purchase agreement with Scotiabank.
