Building Bancroft
Torys partner Main Bain acted as counsel to the Town of Bancroft as the public authority for the proposed C$100 million Building Bancroft PPP project to extensively redevelop the downtown core of Bancroft, Ontario.
Key components of the proposed project were to include

- a town centre
- hotel
- retail and commercial developments
- a medical clinic
- residential condominiums
- other community facilities
