Alaris Equity Partners closes C$115 million bought deal offering
On September 28, 2026, Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust ("Alaris") announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of trust units, on a bought-deal basis, through a syndicate of underwriters led by CIBC Capital Markets, Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited and National Bank of Canada Capital Markets and which included Raymond James Ltd., Desjardins Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, ATB Capital Markets Corp., and Canaccord Genuity Corp.
Under the offering, a total of 5,134,750 trust units were issued at a price of C$22.40 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of C$115,018,400, including 669,750 trust units issued through the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters.
Alaris intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to partially repay outstanding indebtedness under its senior credit facility, which may be subsequently redrawn and used to fund future investments in new private company partners and for general trust purposes.
