TorQuest Partners acquires Cieslok Group Inc. (formerly known as Branded Cities Company Canada)

On August 11, 2026, TorQuest Partners (“TorQuest”) announced that it completed the acquisition of Cieslok Group Inc. (formerly known as Branded Cities Company Canada) (“Cieslok Group”) and that Jorg Cieslok, a pioneer of Canadian Out-of-Home advertising for more than three decades, will lead the platform. Backed by the capital of TorQuest, the company operates as Cieslok Group, a Canadian-owned and Canadian-led company business. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
