Lambton College New Residence

To date the largest capital project undertaken by Lambton College in its history, the new five-storey residence building will be located on the north end of the campus towards London Road in the green space to the east of Lambton's EarlyON Child and Family Centre.

Providing 311 students with a modern and sustainable on-campus accommodation opportunity when it opens in September 2027, the new residence will be a mix of hybrid and apartment-style suites, including kitchen facilities, with communal spaces, lounges, quiet study spaces as well as outdoor patio space.

On June 17, 2025, Fengate Asset Management (“Fengate”), in partnership with Tilbury Properties Corporation (“Tilbury”), announced financial close on the new residence project.

Fengate and Tilbury were selected to design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain the new on-campus residence following a competitive procurement process.

Fengate is managing the investment on behalf of the Fengate Infrastructure Yield Fund and its affiliated entities, including an investment by LiUNA’s Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada.
