Mosaic Stadium
Torys acted as counsel to the City of Regina as the public authority for the C$278 million Mosaic Stadium PPP project to design, build and finance a new stadium for the Saskatchewan Roughriders football team in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The project, which is part of the City of Regina's urban revitalization project, involved demolishing the existing Mosaic Stadium and building a new 33,000-seat stadium along with housing units and a commercial and retail space on a 53-acre plot of land.
Construction of stadium began in 2014 and the stadium was formally opened in the summer of 2017.

Torys acted as counsel with a team that included Mark Bain, Tara Mackay, Harold Huber and Matthew McMahon.
