Regina Wastewater Treatment Plant
Torys acted as counsel to the City of Regina as the public authority for the C$181 million Regina Wastewater Treatment Plant PPP project to design, build, finance, operate and maintain an upgraded wastewater treatment facility in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The project involved upgrading the City's wastewater treatment plant, as well as expanding its capacity to meet the needs of the province's growing population.
Torys acted as counsel with a team that included Mark Bain, Tara Mackay and Graeme Murray.
