OBA Litigating an Employment File

Counsel Irfan Kara will speak on the Ontario Bar Association’s (OBA) Litigating an Employment File program taking place on September 15 in Toronto. The program will explore legal and strategic considerations in employment litigation, with a focus on procedural developments, litigation strategy, and advocacy at various stages of the dispute resolution process.

Irfan will speak on the panel “Discovery” at 1:00 p.m. The panel will examine strategies and best practices for managing the discovery process in employment litigation, including document production, examinations, and preparation for settlement discussions or trial.
