Diane Zimmerman is a litigation law clerk in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Diane’s practice focuses on providing assistance to the firm’s pharmaceutical clients engaged in proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
Diane has extensive experience in matters before the Federal Court of Canada, The Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
