Grace Tsakas joined Torys' Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice in early 2008. She has 20 years of legal experience in various areas of law, the last 8 of which have been spent as a litigation clerk. Grace's practice focuses mainly on document and file management of voluminous and complex commercial litigation matters and class actions. She is involved throughout the litigation process, from document collection to discovery through to trial.
Grace is specifically responsible for the identification, organization, retrieval and preservation of documentary evidence, including electronic document management. She assists counsel in various discovery matters such as preparation of affidavits of documents, management of undertakings and refusals, as well as transcript summaries. She also assists with preparation of various briefs, bills of costs and cost outlines.
Grace is fluent in Spanish.
