Suzanne Paterson has been a corporate law clerk at Torys since 1993. A large portion of her practice involves providing assistance to both the Thomson family and Thomson Reuters Corporation. Suzanne has experience in all aspects of corporate law, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, share provisions, roll-overs, complex reorganizations, general restructuring, extra-provincial registrations and business name registrations.
Suzanne has also been involved with corporate acquisition transactions, as well as experience with minute book reviews, summarizing corporate search results and preparing closing documentation.
