Jean DuGuay has been a corporate law clerk at Torys since 1975, and is a member of the firm's Corporate and Capital Markets Practice. Jean has extensive experience in all areas of general corporate law, including, but not limited to, due diligence review of corporate records, incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, reorganizations and extra-provincial filings. Jean also manages a corporate services department.
