Celesse Dove has been a litigation law clerk at Torys since 1992 and is a member of the firm’s broker/dealer and securities litigation practice group. As a senior law clerk, Celesse has extensive experience in managing large document files, coordinating with clients in document production and the answering of undertakings arising from examinations, preparing affidavits of documents, summarizing transcripts, preparing for examinations, regulatory interviews, trials and hearings, drafting bills of costs and costs outlines, and managing collections files. Since 2003, as part of the practice group, Celesse has focused exclusively on assisting the firm’s broker/dealer clients in relation to investor loss actions, and regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
