Practice

John Unger has practised exclusively in taxation matters at Torys for more than 32 years. A significant portion of his practice involves the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, public finance transactions, securitizations and private equity transactions. John provides regular tax services to a number of public corporation clients and private equity funds.
