Thomas Yeo's practice focuses on corporate/commercial and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Thomas has been involved in representing both issuers and investment banks in a variety of domestic and international public offerings. He has also represented both acquirers and targets in a variety of public and private company M&A transactions, including a number of significant cross-border transactions. Thomas also regularly advises issuers on ongoing corporate governance and securities compliance matters and has extensive experience in advising cross-listed issuers on such matters.
