• First Capital in its US$100 million term securitization of asset-based loans securing senior and subordinated notes issued to institutional investors through a Rule 144A private placement
• BNP Paribas in an upsize and extension of a US$1.2 billion syndicated loan to The Shaw Group
• MetLife and other insurance companies in a US$270 million private placement of guaranteed senior notes issued by Yamana Gold
• Deutsche Bank in its arrangement and placement of a US$300 million multi-tranche note offering by Nantucket CLO I
• Natixis Financial Products in a US$1.7 billion upsizing of the Fortress Credit Opportunities I CLO
• Mizuho Corporate Bank, Calyon Crédit Agricole CIB, and Standard Chartered Bank in connection with a US$680 million interest rate swap in connection with the project financing of an LNG re-gasification terminal in Manzanillo, Mexico
