• the Special Committee of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) in its negotiations for the sale of ACS for US$6 billion to Xerox
• a portfolio company of a private equity client in its corporate restructuring, including the infusion of new capital and the conversion of the second lien lenders to junior equity holders
• Green Mountain Coffee Roasters in its C$300 million acquisition of Diedrich Coffee
• Apax Partners in its acquisition of Hub International
• Imagem Music Group in its acquisition of the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization
• a private equity client in its sale of a web hosting service provider to a private equity buyer
• Bain Capital Partners, LLC and Catterton Partners in their acquisition of OSI Restaurant Partners
