Arlen Sternberg's practice focuses on business litigation, with an emphasis on corporate commercial (including contractual, business torts and broker-dealer), employment, administrative law and defamation disputes. He has regularly appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, in trial, judicial review and appellate matters. He has conducted regulatory hearings before many tribunals, and has significant experience handling commercial arbitrations and mediations.
