Molly has recently been involved in representing

• a major insurer in defence of a class action regarding its restructuring
• a judge with respect to complaints made to the Canadian Judicial Council
• Crown corporations in breach of contract and employee harrassment claims
• a major financial institution in defence of a proposed class action concerning one of its products
• a real estate investment company in the defence of a claim for breach of fiduciary duty
• an employer responding to a grievance to the Ontario Labour Relations Board
• a former employee of an Ontario crown corporation, at trial, against claims of civil fraud, civil conspiracy and breach of fiduciary duty
• The TSX in proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission arising from the proposed acquisition of Lundin Mining Corporation by HudBay Minerals

Molly is a member of the OBA Civil Litigation Section Executive.

During law school, Molly was the vice-president internal of the Legal and Literary Society and a columnist for the Obiter Dicta newspaper. She was also a caseworker at a community legal aid clinic.
