Practice

Rima Ramchandani's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Rima has represented both issuers and underwriters on numerous public offerings and private placements. Rima also advises public company clients on ongoing corporate governance and securities law matters. In the mergers and acquisitions area, Rima has advised on public takeover bids, plans of arrangement and private acquisitions and divestitures.
