Practice

Karrin Powys-Lybbe's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and related party transactions for companies in a variety of industries. Karrin has represented both issuers and investment banks in a variety of public offerings for debt and equity. Karrin also does ongoing corporate and securities work for a number of clients, including companies in the Brookfield group.
