Linda is the Vice-Chair of the Private Actions Committee of the Canadian Bar Association, Competition Law Section and the Vice-Chair of the Education Committee of The Advocates’ Society. She has taught at the Osgoode Hall Intensive Advocacy Course and the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and at programs run by The Advocates’ Society and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She has also lectured on class actions at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and on competition class actions and securities litigation issues at Osgoode Hall Law School. Linda is also a member of the firm’s Executive and Risk Management Committees.
