Michael Pickersgill's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Michael also advises public issuers and boards in connection with continuous disclosure and stock exchange matters, and shareholder arrangements. He is a member of the firm's Mining and Metals Group.
Michael is also a member of the firm’s Climate Change and Emissions Trading Practice. As part of the Climate Change and Emissions Trading Practice, Michael advises clients on a range of matters including the developing emissions trading markets and disclosure matters related to climate change.
