Jessica has recently been involved in representing

• CIBC World Markets Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and a syndicate of underwriters in the C$100 million offering of preferred shares of Canaccord Financial Inc.
• the Selling Shareholder in the C$150 million secondary offering of common shares of Constellation Software Inc.
• a syndicate of underwriters in the C$1.658 billion offering of common shares of the Bank of Nova Scotia
• Newcrest Mining Limited in the listing of its ordinary shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange

Before joining Torys, Jessica worked at a major Canadian law firm and in the capital markets division of a leading financial institution. Jessica has completed the Canadian Securities Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
