• Thomson Reuters in its acquisition of Dr Tax
• Scotiabank in its C$2.3 billion acquisition of DundeeWealth
• The Woodbridge Company Limited in its acquisition of The Globe and Mail and the sale of CTV to BCE for C$3.2 billion
• an InterTech Group affiliate in its sale of the Hudson's Bay Company to NRDC Equity Partners
• Manulife Financial Corporation: offerings of C$900 million of medium term notes and C$200 million of preferred shares
• Brookfield Asset Management: offerings of C$500 million of unsecured notes and a bought deal for preferred shares valued at C$300 million

Zack is pro bono corporate counsel to both Free the Children and Me to We.

During law school, Zack was President of the JD/MBA Students Association, Articles Editor of the Business Law section of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review and a Research Assistant for Professor Lorne Sossin.
