• IESI Corporation in its US$950 million senior secured revolving credit facility
• TD Capital a division of The Toronto-Dominion Bank as co-administrative agent and lender in the C$60 million senior subordinated loan facility for Q9 Networks

• Lehman Commercial Paper, as agent, on the restructuring of the senior credit facilities of AirGate PCS

• Tricap Restructuring Fund, an affiliate of Brascan Corporation, on the issuance of new debt by Doman Industries in connection with its restructuring under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act
• Burner Systems International, an affiliate of The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation, on its acquisition of Appliance Controls Group in a bankruptcy sale
