Peter has served on numerous committees investigating securities and corporate law for the Ontario Securities Commission and the Canadian Bar Association. He has taught securities regulation in the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law and is a frequent speaker and panelist at conferences on securities law, corporate law and legal opinions. Peter is currently the Vice Chair of the Canadian Accounting Standards Oversight Council.
