Sarah Huggins's practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution with an emphasis on corporate/commercial, employment and intellectual property litigation, and public law. From 2006 to 2008, she served as commission counsel to the Honourable Frank Iacobucci, Commissioner of the Internal Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in relation to Abdullah Almalki, Ahmad Abou-Elmaati and Muayyed Nureddin.
