Krista is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she teaches on energy and natural resources law. Krista is a past executive member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Natural Resources and Energy section and the Canadian Bar Association’s Securities Law Subcommittee. She was also the corporate law editor for Legal Alert, a monthly newsletter published by Carswell. Krista is also a frequent speaker at conferences on energy and power mergers and acquisitions.
