  • in defending against Agrium’s hostile takeover bid
• PBB Global Logistics Income Fund in defending against Livingston International Income Fund’s hostile takeover bid

Trish was recently involved in representing on a pro bono basis Right to Play, an international athlete-driven organization that uses sport and play to enhance the development of children and youth in the world’s most disadvantaged areas.

During her articles, Trish was seconded to the legal department of Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.
