• the sale by a Canadian pension fund of an Ontario-based insurance company

• ReichmannHauer Capital Partners in its acquisition of Black’s Photo from FUJIFilm Canada

While in law school, Huw was a research assistant at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where he focused on European Union and corporate law.
