• an ethanol company in an arbitration involving allegations of breach of contract and contractual good faith duties
• an institutional brokerage house in the defence of a wrongful dismissal claim
• a number of income trusts in their conversions to corporations by way of plan of arrangement
• a commercial real estate management company in a dispute involving issues of shareholder oppression
• a financial industry association intervening in an appeal from a decision of the Tax Court of Canada
