• an international industrial supplies manufacturer in connection with its proposed purchase of an industrial property in south western Ontario from a court appointed receiver
• a Canadian telecommunications company in connection with its bid for the assets of Toronto Hydro Telecom
• a Canadian chartered bank in connection with its RFP for construction and project management services across Canada

Before joining Torys, David was a partner at another major Toronto firm. David has been an instructor at the real property section of the Bar Admission Course.

David currently co-chairs the firm’s Student Committee and is a member of the Associate Review Committee.
