• Viterra (formerly Saskatchewan Wheat Pool) in its public and private debt restructurings, corporate reorganization and subsequent takeover of Agricore United
• Honeywell International and related companies as creditors and purchasers in the CCAA and receivership proceedings of General Chemical Canada
• Greenfield Energy Centre, a major power generation venture, in the CCAA restructuring of joint venture partner Calpine Canada
• Tricap restructuring fund as leading bondholder and subsequent controlling shareholder of Western Forest Products (formerly Doman Industries)
• Morgan Stanley and Eaux Vives in the CCAA acquisition of an insolvent subsidiary of Parmalat Canada and the subsequent recapitalization of that business
• CFM Corporation in its restructuring process and sale to Teachers’ Private Capital
• the bondholder group in the CCAA restructuring of Algoma Steel, which resulted in that group’s acquisition of majority ownership of the restructured steel company
